To report your debit card(s) lost or stolen, you may call any branch during regular business hours or, after regular business hours, call 1-800-528-2273. To order a replacement debit card, you will need to visit one of our branches during regular business hours and visit with one of our customer service representatives, or a request form can be mailed to your address for you to sign and return. Your replacement card cannot be ordered until we have the signed form returned to us.
