We want to keep you informed and protected. Recently, a few of our customers have reported receiving unsolicited phone calls that appear to originate from our branch phone numbers. The callers have identified themselves as representatives from our Fraud Department.
After thorough verification with our teams, we can confirm that these calls are not from First National Bank of Pasco or any of our branches. This is likely an instance of caller ID spoofing, a common tactic used by scammers to make fraudulent calls appear legitimate.
Your security is our top priority, and we take these matters very seriously. If you receive a call like this—or any unexpected contact requesting personal information, account details, or verification codes—do not share any sensitive information. Instead, politely end the call and independently contact us using the official phone number listed on the back of your debit or credit card, or visit one of our branches.
If you have any concerns about a recent call, suspect unusual account activity, or believe you may have inadvertently shared information, please reach out to us immediately. Our team is here to assist and review your accounts as needed.
We appreciate your vigilance and thank you for partnering with us to keep your finances secure. You can always rely on First National Bank of Pasco for trustworthy, community-focused banking.
If you think you may have provided information during a fraudulent phone call:
- Immediately change your online banking password.
- Call First National Bank of Pasco (352) 521-0141 or your preferred location.
- Monitor your banking and other accounts for unusual activity.
First National Bank of Pasco prioritizes the security of its customers. Please stay vigilant and contact us if you have any concerns. Thank you!
