E-Statements FAQ

Tired of Mailing Delays and Lost Mail?
Ask about E-Statements!

What is an E-Statement?

E-Statements are FREE electronic versions of your monthly bank statement. Get your E-Statement, including check images, online on the last day of each month. Checking, Savings, and Certificate of Deposit statements, whether Personal or Business, can be set up for E-Statements. You will receive a notification that your statement is available with a link to a secure website that only YOU will have access to.

Why should I sign up for an E-Statement?

E-statement notifications are sent directly to your email account, avoiding mail delays due to holidays, weekends, etc. You do not have to worry about your statement getting “Lost in the Mail” or damaged in transit. E-Statements are stored online, with no wasted paper; however, if you need a paper copy, you can print one out at any time. E-Statements protect you from Identity Theft. If you are worried about someone accessing your mailbox at your home, you can rest assured that your bank statement is safe online.
