When you call, please have your account number available. The recording will provide instructions. Once you choose the correct option for your call (balance, checks paid, etc.) you will be asked to enter your account number and press*.

When prompted to enter your PIN, if this is the first time you are calling, enter the last four numbers of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to change the PIN.

With Telephone Banking, you can check balances on all your accounts, including Certificates of Deposit. Information about recent deposits, checks or withdrawals is available, and transfers between accounts is easy.
